The Loch Ken Trust Ranger Service was established in 2021 and is leading the way as one of the first community-led Ranger Service in Scotland!
Led by our Head Ranger, Leanne Pumpr, our Ranger Service carries out regular patrols around Loch Ken, both on land and water, and ensures that the Loch and surrounding areas are well looked after.

Of course, patrolling the Loch is not all that our Ranger Service does- we run a successful Environmental Education Programme for local school children and are currently working on a Resilience project over the Winter to assist our communities with preparation for extreme weather events.
