Ranger Volunteer Coordinator- January 2026-March 2027
We are seeking an inspirational individual with good leadership, active listening and problem-solving skills, to coordinate our growing Ranger Volunteer Scheme.
Headline duties will be:
- Engage with current volunteers
- Promote the Ranger Volunteer Programme
- Recruit new volunteers- achieving specific targets set for 2025-2027
- Create personal development plans for each volunteer and review every two months
- Organise a programme of ranger volunteer activity Support and encourage recruited volunteers to achieve their goals
- Organise ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Manage volunteers, enhance their experience, and contribute significantly to the Loch Ken Trust’s mission and community impact.
- Maintaining accurate records of volunteering hours, roles and performance.
